Gravity Forms PayPal Payments Standard Add-On v2.6 is now available via automatic update and the Add-On downloads page.
This is a maintenance and feature release that introduces support for sending notifications when payment and subscription events occur via IPN.
As with all WordPress updates we recommend users update as soon as possible. It is important to always keep WordPress, plugins and themes up to date as a matter of best practice.
Note: The PayPal Payments Standard Add-On is only available to Gravity Forms Developer license customers.
PayPal Payments Standard Add-On v2.6
- Added support for sending notifications on payment/subscription events. Configured on the edit notification page using the 'Event' setting.
- Added the gform_paypal_sslverify filter to allow sslverify be modified before sending requests.
- Updated the installation process to activate sslverify by default for all new installations.
- Updated tooltip and label for the notifications setting on the feed to indicate it only affects notifications for the 'Form is submitted' event.
- Fixed an issue in redirect_url() where the entry currency was not being used.

I've installed and updated the add-on, but I don't see the "PayPal" option under forms. I appreciate your assistance.
There won't be a "PayPal" link under the Forms navigation.
You first configure the main PayPal settings in the main Gravity Forms Settings and then selecting PayPal (Forms > Settings > PayPal).
After doing this you would then integrate a form with PayPal by editing the Form you want to integrate, go to Form Settings and then selecting PayPal (Forms > The Form You Want To Edit > Form Settings > PayPal). You then configure an individual form to utilize PayPal.
